Our Garden Flowers - 2015

This summer garden flowers photos are caught from my I-pad.  I love summer season to marvel at the multi color corn flowers in front of our little garden.  This year, spring time tulips blooms some of the flowers.  In small garden we have some of the colorful flowers and plants.  We have planted some perennial and annual plants in our garden.  This summer shows most of the times cool and chill.
Here is my  lovely cornflower. I have theses cornflowers more than eight years. It shows different colors.

 Compost

Compost is the most important for growing healthy plants and good results. Want to turn your garden healthy, nutrients food?  Create your own way to compost very well.  We sustain a compost bin, and used it, the effect is really courteous, good nutrition soil in a garden plant.
We used our vegetable scraps, egg shells, tea bags covered with a newspaper to pass away to garden compost.  At the autumn time we collected for compost, garden scraps with some land, grass slopes, shredded leaves, dead leaves and wood chips.
Winter time is better for all compost materials break down to construct a good soil.
Every year I was adding compost in our garden.  It will help the soil, loosen it up and nice drainage.
If the plants get sunlight and good drainage watering, best results of ending.
Tomato plants need calcium and water.
I used the fish tank water is the best for the plants that are growing healthy and good soil.

The hostas is a perennial, loving shaded area, green heart shaped edge in white.

Leak Flower

Leak flower(Allium ampeloprasum porrum)

This is the first time leak bloom in our garden. Each leak flower is shown up dozens of tiny blooms, each flower made seeds. Also, this  long stem flower stalks are grow up about 2' tall. I love the leak flower in our vegetable garden. Leaks are mostly flower in their 2nd year.

I like hibiscus plant in our back home Srilanka, we hold different assortments and different colors it there.  This plant grows easily as most likely tons of sunshine and plenty of humidity.  We posses 3 different colors in Canada. It bloom nicely, the purple one has tons of primes.Two years ago one of the friend gave us two plants, it's growing in front of our house.

Last year, I decided to plant potato in a big pot. I'm glad it growing well.

This picture was taken last summer July 2013. I planted in a Pot. Last summer I was busy, went out for a vacation.

  This year also I have planted potato plants are in the pots. Potato plants love water, sun and good soil.

When the potato plant will blossom, then after a month it will start dying. All the plants are dead and brown, then dig up the potatoes.

Today I'm going to post about garden. This is going to be a nice post, to share with you at the chives.

எங்கள் வீட்டுத் தோட்டம்.

எனது பொழுதுபோக்கிற்காக வீட்டில் பூந்தோட்டம் அமைப்பதுண்டு. பல்வேறு வகையான பூ மரங்களை நட்டு அவை பூத்துக் குலுங்கும்போது ஏற்படும் மனமகிழ்வை அளவிட முடியாது.

இத்தாவரத்தின் இலைகள் முக்கோண (Triangular shape) வடிவமைப்புடையவை. பகல் நேரங்களில்  அல்லது சூரிய வெளிச்சம் நன்றாக உள்ளபோது இவற்றின் இலைகள் விரிந்தும், இரவு நேரங்களில் அல்லது வெளிச்சம் குறைவான நேரங்களில் இலைகள் நன்றாகக் குவிந்தும் காணப்படும். இம்மாற்றம் நடைபெறுவது இவ்விலையின் அடிப்பகுதியிலுள்ள கலங்களின் விறைப்பு அல்லது அழுத்த மாற்றத்தினாலேயே நடைபெறுகின்றது.
      இவை கூடுதலாக வீட்டினுள் வளர்க்கப்படும் தாவரம். இத்தாவரம்  15 டிகிரி செல்சியஸ் ( 60 டிகிரி பாரனைற்)உட்புற  வெப்பநிலையிலும் வாழும். இதற்கு  பிரகாசமான அல்லது நேரடி சூரிய ஒளி தேவைப்படுகிறது. இத்தாவரத்திற்கு  வெப்பநிலை27 டிகிரி செல்சியஸ் (80 டிகிரி)பாரனைற்  மேலே சென்றால் ஒரு "சோர்வான " தோற்றத்தை கொடுக்கும்.  சாதாரண பூச்சாடிகளுக்குப் பயன்படுத்தும் மண் போதுமானது.
     இதாவரம் கிழங்குகள் ( bulbs) மூலம் உருவாக்கப்படும். இவை கோடை கால முடிவில் உறங்கு நிலைக்குச் சென்று திரும்பவும் கோடை காலம் ஆரம்பிக்கும்போது  உருவாக்கும். இத்தாவரத்தின் முதிர் தாவரங்கள் 3-5 வருடத்திற்கொரு முறையும், இளநிலைத் தாவரங்கள் வருடத்திற்கொரு முறையும் வளரும்.
